We're seeking an Audience & Community Manager, reporting directly to the Founder & CEOO, with a heart for true, effective engagement. The ideal person will be an absolutely stellar communicator, serving as a welcoming and encouraging secondary voice for the company. This person will maintain a consistent and positive presence on all of the company's in-house and social platforms providing updates, responses, and relevant information on our projects, events, and opportunities. We're looking for a thoughtful, strategic thinker who believes audience & customer growth starts with honest and helpful engagement.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA and/or CPA is a plus
Minimum 5 years of business experience with accountability for controllership, financial planning, reporting and analysis for a business unit.
Knowledge and experience with databases, spreadsheets, and other contemporary financial applications for data organization, analysis, and presentation. Knowledgeable about accounting principles and procedures.
Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise.
Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities.
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with company heads.
Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
The ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
