The Head of Brand Strategy & Partnerships will report to the Founder & CEO, working as his right hand in guiding the growth and scope of the company. This person will be a strategic and creative idealist who can compliment and execute the founder's vision. This person will be accountable for the delivery of an authentic brand experience that reaches and resonates with audiences internationally and drives profitable growth. In this role, this person will develop and implement specific plans to optimize customer/audience awareness and engagement through multiple facets of the business, working closely and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including customer acquisition, product management, merchandising, marketing, and engineering.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked as a Creative Strategist (in some form) with experience of directing a team to deliver unified messages to targeted audiences, based on the highest creative standards. You will have proven experience of developing and implementing brand strategy with executive level directors and stakeholders.
Experience of developing and implementing guidelines and working processes across a broad range of areas is essential, as is experience in developing brand identities. You will also have significant experience in managing commercial relationships.
This is a leadership position and as such you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to demonstrate experience of leading and developing an effective creative team, able to drive high performance whilst maximising available resources and maintaining high morale. In addition, you will be comfortable building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, and with technical and non-technical members of a creative community.
